Amidst all the speculations and rumours and the news that surround?rapper Megan Thee Stallion,?she is superbly taking care of her health.?

In an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE magazine about her collaboration with fitness company, Planet Fitness,?the rapper talked about the importance of protecting her?mental health and what she likes to indulge in. "I’m always working or travelling, so I’m a big believer in setting boundaries and carving out rest days to preserve my mental health and avoid burnout," Megan says.

"During my days off, I love to binge my favourite shows, spend time with my dogs and hang out with my friends," she adds. "It’s just so relaxing and therapeutic to give your body a break, have some balance and allow yourself the space to reset and recharge."

Not only her mental health, Megan has also shed light on focusing on having a healthy and balanced diet. "I love protein-rich meals and I drink lots of healthy smoothies — so I’m definitely proud of the adjustments I’ve made. It takes a lot of discipline and consistency, but I try to be extra health-conscious with everything I put into my body," the 'Cobra' rapper?expresses.?

The Grammy-winner?understands the significance of maintaining a fitness regimen, staying physically active, and prioritizing mental health, along with a balanced diet. She says,?"Physical and mental health go hand-in-hand, and it’s a huge priority for me."

Upon teaming up with Planet Fitness, Megan has ensured that all profits from a co-branded merchandise line will support the Pete & Thomas Foundation, which was founded by her, to empower?underserved communities globally via education, housing, and health and wellness initiatives.

"For such a long time, our society had a negative stigma around mental health, so I’m committed to doing my part to normalize the conversation and provide people with the right resources to get the necessary help," she said with determination.?
