Zeeshan Ayyub, in a new interview, showed his disappointment regarding the lack of substantial opportunities in Bollywood for him. Despite delivering remarkable performances from the start of his career with films like No One Killed Jessica, Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa, and more, Zeeshan revealed that he often finds himself sidelined and excluded from film posters.?

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Zeeshan expressed his frustration for not getting meaty roles. He also revealed that he is often not featured on the posters of his films and that too, for “stupid” reasons.

“Kayi baar gussa aata hai ki aap itna effort daalte hain aur aapko sideline kar dia jaata hai (I often feel angry. After putting in so much effort, I am sidelined). Frustrated bhi feel hota hai. In the last six years, I have worked in several projects, but if you sit to count the number of posters I am in, there will be hardly any. I was supposed to be on the posters of those films but at the end, a very stupid and unbelievable reason was given to me," said the actor to the publication.

Despite being treated unfairly, Zeeshan says he will continue to give good performances on screen. “What can one do? I can’t change their way of thinking. I can only keep owning my craft and giving better and better performances.”
