Throughout my life, I’ve been driven to help others through the power of knowledge and learning. Whether I was starting a classroom magazine, training teachers on Multiple Intelligences, being the first educator to embrace augmented reality for kids, or creating a way forward to build High Performance kids, I have remained at the forefront of this critical work throughout my career.

Like many educators, the pandemic posed specific challenges, but these obstacles allowed me to think outside the box, resulting in the development of schoolyears.org. Created out of the need for children to maintain a dossier of their educational journey from grades Nursery to XII, this platform allows students to consolidate their achievements and store them for life to apply for universities and scholarships down the road.

Over the years, I have developed tools and curriculum on how to teach coding without screen time - a high-demand skill and targeted need, particularly in primary divisions of schools, and have trained over 12,000 teachers.

More recently, I was honored to receive the Outstanding Achievers Award from Amicators Diplomatic Club at the Global Business Summit held in Varanasi and another Outstanding Achievers award at the Business Excellence Awards by Outlook Magazine. In my newest initiative, Incredible Kids of India, I am working to ensure that kids are recognized for their merits and excellence in education, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Today, I stand with pride in the EdTech industry, a community I have contributed to with innovation, creativity, and unwavering devotion. My passion for education and unyielding commitment to kids will forever drive me forward.
