Mr. Harish Chandra, Managing Editor of Achievers’ World Magazine, delivered the inaugural address, marking the commencement of a memorable event. Gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest was Mr. Virendra Sharma, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, UK. The Guest of Honor, H.E. Nimisha Madhva, High Commissioner of the Republic of Uganda to the UK & Ireland, lauded the remarkable achievements of the winners at the Eurasian Business Summit 2023. Sushil Kumar is a widely recognized Senior Technology Programs Leader and Digital Transformation Expert with US and global work experience and a proven ability to conceptualize, strategize, architect, plan, resource, build, manage, execute, and deliver large-scale information technology programs and products for 25+ years. He has led multiple digital transformation initiatives involving automation, cloud platforms, and application modernization, integrating the latest technologies like GIS, secure communications, resilient information networks, advanced cloud computing, data processing, analytics, and artificial intelligence into various aspects of businesses to fundamentally change the nature of operations.
He has strong academic foundations in information technology and its business applications having worked closely with customers to understand their pain areas and aspirations that technology should aim to solve. The projects he delivered within the defense engineering division at the Indian Army and for strategic clients at IBM led to a high social impact improving the experience, and lives of both employees and consumers ranging from Indian soldiers deployed in forward areas in harsh conditions to global users across banking, insurance, and airlines. The large-scale cloud services that he delivered at IBM not only lowered total costs of ownership for businesses but also ensured a high level of customer satisfaction leveraging inherent operational flexibility, responsiveness, and greater collaboration possibilities amongst teams through a mix of public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Having completed his MBA focused on AI and emerging technologies at the prestigious USC Marshall School of Business, he is currently managing application modernization projects for county government agencies in the Greater Los Angeles area. Sushil Kumar’s deep knowledge and unique perspectives have made him a sought-after thought leader in technology program management and digital transformation. His special blend of technical expertise, business acumen, management skills, and social conscience motivate others in the industry, and his achievements will continue to inspire and shape the future of technology for years to come.
