Jammu And Kashmir: CRPF Jawan Dies By Suicide In Pulwama, Body Found In Pool Of Blood

As per media reports, the deceased jawan has been identified as Ct/Sepoy Ajay Kumar of F 112 BN CRPF. It has been reported that the body was found around 1.55 am following rounds of gunshot near SAIL Chersoo in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama.

In an untoward incident, a?Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was found dead in a pool of blood on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday.

The body of the CRPF jawan was found at around 1.55 am following rounds of gunshot near SAIL Chersoo in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama.

As per media reports, the deceased jawan has been identified as Ct/Sepoy Ajay Kumar of F 112 BN CRPF.?

According to Awantipora Police, the apparent cause of death was suicide.

For further confirmation, legal medical formalities were carried out.

Moreover, 174 Inquest has also been initiated. Section 174 of the CrPC deals with inquest reports.

An inquest report is prepared by the police or a designated officer in cases involving unnatural deaths or deaths under suspicious circumstances.
