It has been told that Lalit, accompanied by another man, reached the Kartavya Path Police station, where he was handed over to the Special Cell of the Delhi Police.
Four individuals so far have been charged with terrorism under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) for the major security breach, during which two of them -- Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D -- jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber and set off smoke canisters, while the other two -- Neelam Devi and Amol Shinde -- protested outside.
