Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday compared?the Rajasthan Congress to a cricket team whose batsmen spent five years attempting to run each other out.

Speaking at a public gathering in Taranagar, Churu district, he urged the people to vote for the BJP in the November 25 Rajasthan Assembly polls to ensure the state's rapid development.

Asserting that the Congress and development are adversaries destined to remain so, Modi drew a parallel between the Congress and good intentions, describing it as akin to the relationship between light and darkness.

"This is the 'Land of the Brave' which plays an important role to safeguard the nation's security but the Congress cast an evil eye on this land and left no stone unturned in deceiving the people here," says PM Modi at the?public rally.

Additionally, he accused the Congress of "misleading" ex-servicemen on the One Rank, One Pension (OROP) scheme for decades.

Attributing inflation and unemployment in Rajasthan to the Congress' "misgovernance," Modi emphasized the need for a change by supporting the BJP for the state's progress.
